We utilize the flexibility and speed of our jet printers to ensure proper solder paste dispensing for both fine pitch and power components. The jet printing process allows for flexibility when selecting various solder paste compounds. SPI or Solder Paste Inspection improves component solderability.
Our Mycronic SMT placement machines have been standard at our company for over twenty years. Their speed, flexibility and reliability allow for quick set up for excellent low to mid volume production. Our entire SMT area including Mycronic tower high density storage systems are computer integrated for efficient and accurate BoM placements.
Our multizone reflow ovens are profiled for each pcb assembly manufactured. This goes a long way to ensuring effective solder joints and consistent production.
Our Automated Optical Inspection provides an efficient means of 100% inspection of pcba’s. AOI is integrated into our production lines as a standard means of inspection for component placement and solder joint inspection.
Our Haas Super Mini Mill 2 is the industry standard for compact yet efficient machining capabilities. At TFS, having a Mini Mill allows us to rapidly machine custom made parts for our customers.
Our three-axis CNC routing capabilities allow us to create a large variety of shapes for custom orders.
TFS is also proud to have laser etching capabilities to provide customized and specific identification for customers products.
Alongside our machinery, we house a large ventilated paint booth which allows us to provide conformal coating to our products.
We produce a variety of cables and cable assemblies for a variety of markets including defense, transportation, and manufacturing. Our experienced production team is IPC-620 certified. We are able to meet varied customer needs for an assortment of production requirements.
TFS is equipped with various pieces of Schleuniger equipment. We have multiple Schleuniger crimping machines, cable link cutting machines, as well as an assortment of other cable production equipment that is well suited to meet any customer needs.
Our employees are the most important part of our organization. For that reason, we believe employee education and industry experiences are pivotal to product quality. Our employees have an average of 18 years of industry experience. We take pride in having long term employees whose concern and attention to detail go along with their J-STD, SMAE, and IPC certifications.
