Our facility houses state of the art production equipment allowing us to meet a variety of needs while remaining organized and precise in our production process for you.

We use the latest Asys, Mycronic, Vitronics, Mirtec, Juki, and other production equipment giving us the tools to implement a reliable, consistent quality-driven assembly process. Our factory maintained automated production equipment gives our customers a quick and reliable turnaround time that they often need. Production part data is edited via our Aegis manufacturing software prior to production.

Our production facility includes factory maintained SMT production equipment giving us the ability to produce PCBA’s with quick turn-around times.
We use Automated Optical Inspection or AOI in our production process. We use AOI to thoroughly inspect PCB assemblies for any issues rather than relying on visual inspection alone.
We utilize a selective soldering machine for much of our PCB assembly. With the selective soldering process, we’re able to target specific locations for processing while leaving the rest of the assembly untouched. This is particularly important in applications where component overheating is a concern.
We provide production using our low pressure thermoplastic Moldman 8000 which allows us to accommodate most small to moderate sized over molding requirements.
