Located in the heart of North Carolina near the Research Triangle Park, our manufacturing facility comprises 25,000 square feet of climate-controlled, ESD protected production space. Our facility houses state of the art production equipment allowing us to meet a variety of needs while remaining organized and precise in our production process for you.
We understand that quality and customer satisfaction are extremely important when fulfilling customer needs. With an average of 14 years of experience in our manufacturing team, our production team is IPC trained and certified to help produce any board we manufacture. We operate a very clean and safe working environment. TFS is a consistent OSHA Sharp Safety Award winner ranking us the top tier of American Manufacturing facilities.
We use the latest Asys, Mycronic, Vitronics, Mirtec, Juki, and other production equipment giving us the tools to implement a reliable, consistent quality-driven assembly process. Our factory maintained automated production equipment gives our customers a quick and reliable turnaround time that they often need. Production part data is edited via our Aegis manufacturing software prior to production.
